Cancelation Policy

Salon Policies

We are a small salon, and our appointments do fill up in advance. Because of this we ask that our clients be courteous and give a minimum of 48 hours’ notice of any changes to the services booked, cancelations or reschedule their appointment.

We kindly ask that you do not book an appointment unless you are have checked the date/ time to make sure it is correct to avoid rescheduling/ Cancelling later.

Last minute cancellations/ rescheduling of appointments and No Shows for appointments greatly affect my small business and income. We can offer these times to other clients if sufficient notice is given.

We do ask that you arrive 5 Minutes before your appointment for an unhurried full Treatment experience. Late arrivals can mean shortening the treatment or the need to reschedule incurring a fee. Clients that Repetitively arrive late will not be made future bookings. Late arrivals will be charged a $10 late arrival fee.

We do ask that you so not bring guests with you to your appointment.  If you do need to bring Your Child they are welcome to be in the treatment room on the seat provided or in their Pram.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLING

We understand that every now and then life happens and you need to change a booking

We do send out courtesy confirmation messages 3 days prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel/ reschedule or change what services you have booked in for this can be done without charge with more than 48 hrs notice.

 We do require you to reply to the SMS message the same day to confirm your appointment.

Any cancellation less than 48 hrs without notice will incur a 50% fee of the booked services.

Not attending an appointment (No Show) or cancelling on the day will incur a 100% of appointment fee.

No other appointment will be booked in until this fee has been paid.

 Regular Rescheduling of appointments (more than twice in a 6-month period) will result in future appointments needing to either prepaid/ booking deposit paid for that specific date/time. This applies for Clients that Reschedule the same appointment more than twice. Holding a spot for several weeks and cancelling close to the time makes it very difficult for us to fill that appointment and takes availability for other clients wanting to book.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift Voucher must be noted at the time of Booking to be valid for that appointment. Our booking policy asks you to agree to this before you can confirm your Online appointment by ticking the confirmation box.

This can be done by adding to comments section with online bookings or notifying with booking phone call at time of booking.

Cancellations under 48 hrs or No shows with gift voucher treatments, the voucher will be treated as being fully redeemed.
