Cancelation Policy
We are a small salon and our appointments do fill up in advance. Because of this we ask that our clients be courteous and give a minimum of 48 hours notice of any changes to the services booked, cancelations or reschedule their appointment.
Last minute cancellations/ rescheduling of appointments and No shows for appointments greatly affect our small business and therefore would like to avoid these as best we can. We are able to offer these times to other clients if sufficient notice is given.
We do ask that you arrive 5 Minutes before you appointment for a unhurried full Treatment experience. Late arrivals can mean shortening the treatment or the need to reschedule. Late arrivals will be charged a $10 late arrival fee.
Rescheduling and Cancelling
We do send out courtesy confirmation messages 3 days prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel/ reschedule or change what services you have booked in for this can be done without charge with more than 48 hrs notice.
Any cancellation less than 48 hrs or Not attending an appointment without notice will incur a 50% fee of the booked services.
No other appointment will be booked in until this fee has been paid.
Regular Rescheduling of appointments (more than twice in a 6 month period) will result in future appointments needing to be prepaid for that specific date/time. This applies for Clients that Reschedule the same appointment more than twice. Regular rescheduling greatly impacts the availably we can offer other clients and can lead to wasted time in our calendar.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Voucher must be noted at the time of Booking to be valid for that appointment. Cancellations under 48 hrs or No shows with gift voucher treatments, the voucher will be treated as being fully redeemed.
